Project Manager

Kathryn Sullivan

On working with you – I love being a part of a process of creating a new space for the customer. I enjoy the time spent updating the owner on progress, working through design details with the architects and detailing schedules with subcontractors. My goal is to make all interactions with any team member productive and enjoyable.
On your favorite project – My favorite project would be The Ridge Community Church. We took an old movie theater and created a worship space, classrooms and a café. The team from The Ridge was amazing – they made the entire process enjoyable, even when difficult decisions/discussions were needed. When the job was complete, I was extremely proud to have been a part of the unique project.
On your own time – I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family, friends, nieces/nephews.
On working in Construction – I love that every day is different in this industry. Since no two jobs are the same, it is constantly challenging me. I enjoy that so much of the job consists of working and problem solving with others (superintendent, owner, architect, subcontractors).
